Hasan Turan condemns attack on the Iraqi Turkmen Front and TEBA Media Group

“Targeting political and media institutions is a direct attack on democratic values and freedom of thought and expression. Such irresponsible attempts are nothing more than a futile effort to weaken the legitimate, resolute and dignified national stance of the Turkmen people,” Hasan Turan said.

He also stressed the responsibility of the relevant authorities: “The necessary legal and administrative steps must be taken regarding the incident without delay. I respectfully inform the public that Turkmen institutions will continue to carry out their duties and responsibilities resolutely within the framework of the rule of law.”
