Mohammed Samaan Agha and Ammar al-Hakim meet

Iraqi Turkmen Front leader Mohammed Samaan Agha said on Saturday, 22 November 2025, that as part of his contacts with political forces he had visited Ammar al-Hakim, head of the National Wisdom Movement.

He said the meeting reviewed the latest developments on the political scene in Iraq and the region, and that the results of the recent elections and the messages they sent confirmed the Iraqi people's commitment to the democratic process.

Agha also stressed the importance of ensuring fair representation for all of Iraq's communities, especially in Kirkuk province, which serves as a model of national diversity.

Both sides emphasised the need to adhere to the constitutional timelines for forming the next government in a way that reflects the aspirations and national priorities of the Iraqi people.
