Turkish Consulate in Erbil: ready to offer all help to Chamchamal flood victims
Türkiye's Consulate General in Erbil contacted the Kurdistan Regional Government's Ministry of Health to express sympathy and solidarity after the flood disaster in Chamchamal district.

According to a statement from the Kurdistan Regional Government's Ministry of Health, Türkiye's Consulate General in the Kurdistan Region contacted the ministry on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, to ask about the flood in Chamchamal district and convey sympathy, support and coordination. The consulate expressed its sorrow and condolences for the victims and wished the injured and those affected a speedy recovery and safety.
Türkiye's Consulate General in Erbil also stressed that it stands ready to provide any kind of support, assistance and coordination that may be needed.
