Iraqi Turkmen Front leader Mohammed Samaan Agha received an official delegation at the front's Baghdad headquarters, and they discussed government formation, Turkmen rights and the Kirkuk governorship.

Iraqi Turkmen Front leader Mohammed Samaan Agha received an official delegation at the front's headquarters in Baghdad on Thursday, 25 December 2025.
The delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party was led by KDP secretary Fazil Mirani and included political bureau members Nawzad Hadi and Umed Sabah, together with Faris Issa, the Kurdistan Regional Government's representative in Baghdad.
The meeting covered a number of important issues, most notably the formation of the government, Turkmen rights and the situation of the Kirkuk governorship.
